Return Policy

If a firearm is returned by the transfer FFL due to NICs decline or customer refusing shipment, purchase will be refunded minus shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee.

Purchaser has a 3 day NON firing inspection period, regardless if the firearm is “used” or “brand new and unfired”. If the used or new firearm has been fired, then all sales are “FINAL”. Please note that firearm purchases that are accepted from the transferring FFL are considered used firearms and returns will NOT be guaranteed. Inspect it BEFORE accepting the transfer. ALL sales are final on “as is” or “used” or firearms that have been FIRED, regardless if the firearm is a used firearm or brand new and unfired firearm.

All new firearms are warrantied by the manufacturer and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please check your manual or manufacturer’s website for contact information. We do not warranty or guarantee used firearms. If item arrives at FFL damaged, buyer must contact us prior to completing transfer to arrange for return of item and refund. No refunds will be issued once a firearm transfer has been completed.

Also, buyer is responsible for covering the shipping Fee on returned merchandise that is not-defective. Firearms that are not defective and in the possession of your FFL will have a 20% restocking fee and a shipping charge deducted from your refund. Any UNFIRED parts such as barrels, wood stock sets, triggers, chokes and any miscellaneous parts will have a 20% restocking fee and shipping charge deducted from your refund. Any variance to this policy may result in no refund or a partial refund.

Shipping your purchase to you

You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. You must comply with Federal, State and Local Laws at the time of order and transfer of ownership

Federal Law mandates that guns may only be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. The dealer will ensure that you are legally allowed to purchase the gun under all Federal, State and Local Laws before completing the gun transfer. The majority of dealers charge a fee for this service that is NOT included in your purchase transaction with Royal Sporting Arms and is to be paid to the FFL Dealer at the time of transfer.
